I got worried when the dad cat came in... I thought he might hurt the babies! But he was so loving and sweet. I wish my family cats were half as loving and normal as these.

Daddy Cat reminded me of General, when we first brought Misty home. She was TEEENY-tiny, and at first, he did kind of box her ears a bit. But then a few days later, I saw them lying together asleep in a box, and I knew it would be OK. I think if he was able to be a daddy now, he'd probably be a very good one. :-)

I love how the Boy Cat licks his lips before going over to say "hey baby" to the Girl Cat. She's such a good mommy! I don't know of any human moms who would lick the slime off of THEIR babies. :-P
