Crispy, on toast

aceofkittensSo, I got sunburned on Monday and today is the first day I can touch the afflicted areas without screaming, crying out in pain, and generally carrying on like a pathetic girly girl. I swear to God, my legs swelled up from this burn. Now I'm waiting for the hardened leather carapace to slough off and reveal the pink, soft skin underneath.
In the meantime, I keep looking at my legs and seeing all these moles I don't remember ever seeing before. And thinking back to my disgusting mole story. I just have to wonder when one of these new moles is going to turn on me. It's only a matter of time!
I'm in massive avoidance mode right now, but I guess I can't claim that's anything new. I'm thinking morbid thoughts & wishing it was next weekend already.
Wake me up when it is, ok? Ok.
