Oops, forgot pants...

This is one of my occasional public entries where there really isn't a point nor some kind of deep/secret meaning. It's exactly what it seems to be: me talking about my clothes.
You see, some people have comfort food. I have comfort pants.
If you know me RL, you've seen me wearing my comfort pants. They came from (c)Ross-Dress-for-Less a number of years ago. My mom went out there on one of her shopping exursions, and randomly bought them for me. She frequently will do things like that; this sort of random purchasing of clothes without me trying them on usually involves bras. This is why most of my bras don't fit. But beggars can't be choosers!
My comfort pants are drab olive green, with a snap-button in front, made by Palmetto in Guatemala. They are size 9, which, if you know me RL, you know I am not. ;) When I was closer to that size, the pants (I seem to recall) were not hip-huggers, but sat on the waist area. Then they became hip-huggers, and this makes me happy. I feel very fly in my comfort pants.
The fabric's wearing thin, which means I can't wear them to work or anywhere where it matters if I look like a hobo. Although, at my penultimate temp job, the people had no dress code and frequently came to work in sweats, so I wore the comfort pants as often as possible. I've tried to find backup comfort pants, and just haven't had much luck with that yet.
Next time: an ode to my black hoodie.
