Do you just need to resize your photos? I got several programs that can do that, if you want to send a few pics.

Of course, I have Photoshop as well, so I can do all kinds of wacky things to your photos, but I promise not to! ;) (Halo or horns? Which one to put on her?)

I actually want to do some color balance stuff, red eye removal, and light/shadow stuff... retouching all of the ones of me so that I look like a supermodel.

See, first I'd have to download them off my camera. Then I'd have to shrink them. Then I'd have to try and find my photo editor software to make them look perfect. That all sounds an awful lot like work.
