Modern Drunkard

drpearce reminded me about Modern Drunkard Magazine. It's a gem. I went back to the site, which I haven't visited for a while, and suddenly saw that they're having a convention in Vegas this summer!!! I don't usually need a reason to go to Vegas, but this seems like a good excuse (details about the convention are here.

So — is anyone interested in going? :)

I love that magazine. I submitted a story to them well over a year ago -- I wonder if their drunk asses have gotten around to reading it yet.

I think Andrey was thinking about another birthday around that time. So, it'd be more likely that I would plan to go to vegas for that. I don't remember if he was thinking end of June or beginning of August?

And I'm probably going to Idaho for my grandmother's 80th b-day in early August...then there's Burning Man. So, I probably wouldn't have the time, unless it overlaps with the aforementioned b-day. :)
