Ok, ever since Dan & polishhomeclub's bday party, I've had this hilarious idea for a lol-cap photo. Then when polishhomeclub and omakase were visiting a few weeks ago, we tried to take the photo that would work best with what I had in mind, but nothing worked out quite right. Then also during their visit, I bought a very special cucumber at the farmers market...

Also, last Friday I went a little crazy with the hair dye, resulting in a near-total purplification of my hair. More photos below.

You can't really tell how purple it is in the photo, but it's really quite purple. :) And I look like I'm feral, like I do in most photos. Man, I need to cut my bangs.

This one shows the color off a little better!

Well, I am done cam-whoring for the time being! :)

Haha! I like it. It will fade into a soft auburn.

Yeah... it fades really fast, because I use cheap vegetable-based dyes. :)

I think that would be too jarring and I already get enough flack at work from my boss :). Reds and purples (at least the products I am using) wash out pretty quickly to a natural color on the bleached parts & just fade off from the areas where I didn't bleach it out first. :) So after about 2 weeks, I can 'pass' for 'normal.'
