This is a crazy cat lady story, just for technicolourrat.

So, last night, the wind was something else. Howling like a banshee, shaking the entire building. The cat was going nuts. She was ramming and gallopping around the place, knocking shit down, acting like she'd never been fed before.

I had wanted to keep the door closed to escape from Barnacle Betty, but there's a crack in one of my windows and so the door was rattling around like teeth on a string. So, we had to keep the door open. At 5 a.m., the SO and I had the following exchange.

Ace: ...The cat is on my head.
SO: (giggling) I know. (pause) The cat is on my head too.
Ace: *groan*
SO: Hey, at least you have the nice end. I've got the BUTTOCKS.


I've had like, 2 hours of sleep. :)

He keeps coming back! Damnit!!! :) Luckily, he'll be gone again on Monday... and then it's nothing but whores and whiskey for me.

I think we're just doomed to be matter and anti-matter, and migrate to the opposite sides of the state at precisely the same time. Hey, maybe we can meet in Alpaugh on Wednesday! ;)
